howdy , I have a GRBLDuino Uno shield , along with the limit switch Isolator , do I need a sketch or any drivers to make this work ? or just plug it into my UNO & go

You'll need to load GRBL on your Arduino then just plug it in and go. The GRBL wiki is full of helpful information on getting it installed.
